Noube Rateau – President

In 2009, Noube Rateau founded Noube Productions

He has directed 6 consecutive award winning documentaries. These documentaries have received first place honors from national film festivals in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Las Vegas , New York City , Boston, and regional Emmy Award for Best Documentary.

The main focus of Noube Productions is to educate the community on real life situations that may confront inner city youth and how to intellectually solve problems.

Noube Rateau has hosted 6 Media Workshops in the North and South Shore, trained over 100 students on video production through his summer camp in collaboration with the Brockton Public Schools and continues to volunteer with Brockton Community Access.

Noube is a proud graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in Communications. For three years he worked as the educational coordinator & 1 North Main Host for BCA TV.  After he served as the Director of Communications for the late Mayor Bill Carpenter and now currently teaches TV Production full-time at Lynn Vocational Technical Institute.

William Medero – Vice President  

In 2009, William Medero began to produce and co-direct films for Noube Productions. In addition, he is the lead cinematographer for their award winning documentary productions.

These documentaries have received first place honors from national film festivals in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Las Vegas , New York City , Boston, and regional Emmy Award for Best Documentary.

His eye for video production has resulted in national recognition from film festivals around the country.

He currently is the program coordinator for Friends and Mentors (FAM), a mentor program aimed to improve students’ academic performance, promote social emotional development, and provide alternatives to high-risk behaviors by providing influential relationships with caring mentors.

He is a graduate of Brockton High and Bridgewater State University with a degree in Business Administration.
